And Conditions

Applicants agree to sign up for two years' hosting, and to pay Amazing Machines $100 nonrefundable first years' charge up front.  Second and subsequent years are due and payable on the first and subsequent anniversary dates of the agreement.  If not satisfied with service, you may quit AmazeNet's web hosting and email service any time during the first 30 days of service or any time after the end of the first two years.  After first 30 days service there is no refunds. Amazing Machines reserves the right to refuse to host any web site that for any reason we consider unacceptable as part of the AmazeNet family of websites. 

We are "designer friendly" and will work along with your designer to get you set up.  We will also work with you to design a system if you have no designer presently.  All other charges (web designing, domain name registration, all other customer services) are extra. 

Purchaser agrees to sign any applicable software licenses.  Amazing Machines makes no implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose,  and shall not be liable for any damage resulting from delivery or use of any items sold to purchaser or for labor performed on behalf of purchaser.
